The Ordinary World.

The book I am reading right now is "A Child Called It" in this book there is a young boy named David who used to be loved and part of the family he used to go to the beach with his mother father and his two brothers, but now he is an out cast he is unloved and abused and his mother doesn't call him by a name anymore she calls him It this a boys struggle to live, and to be loved. A Child Called It is based on a true story about a young boy who was physically, emotionally, and mentally abused it is one of the worst cases of abuse. His ordinary world is at his mothers house (the mother as he would call her) where is abused and is forced to undergo his mothers "games" and tortures. He wishes to escape, be free and most of all be loved. He wishes to escape her games in witch she puts ammonia and Lysol together and shoves him in the bathroom so he can barely breath, be forced to lay on the stove or be stabbed and drowned he wishes to escape to a loving neutering family where he will no longer have to deal with this abuse again, but for now he is stuck in this ordinary world of abuse and neglect. " You feed the dogs better than you feed the boy." I thought this quote explains why he wants to leave because it talks about him not being feed ( neglect) and his name not actually being said instesd they call him the boy or it.

Free post

Why is Andy so mischievous? Well i think Andy is so mischievous because he is a 10 year old boy and what else is there to do than bug your sister and annoy your parents, for Andy nothing else is better. It gets him into tons of trouble.
The hero in my book is Andy. He is brave, strong, innocent and stands up for others. I think he is brave because he stood up to Craig by telling him that there is no reason to fight and that they should just drop it. I think he stands up for others because when they were at a resterant a guy started to make fun of them and Andy took a bread stick and whacked him over the head with it and saved his friend danny.

I just started a new book this week and the name of the book is Just Stupid by Andy Griffiths. So and i can tell that the Craig is the shadow towards Andy Jen's little brother. I think that he is the shadow towards Andy because he is saying that he should have dealt with him a long time ago because he embarrassed him and he dragged Andy out from the under the bed by his arm . "I should have taught him a lesson when i had the chance. No one makes a fool of Craig Bennett and gets away with it."   I think that Andy is sort of a hero figure because so far he always tries to finish what he started to do and doesn't give up. He wanted to scare his sister by hiding under her bed and waiting for her to come home and come into her room. "Ahhhhh its the boogieman!" Screams Jen "He's under the bed!" The other character that has been introduced in the story so far is Danny, I find Danny to be a very wimpy and innocent character. He doesn't do much but Andy always seems to get him into trouble. I think hes wimpy because when Andy and Danny found a little old fashioned stroller and Andy crawled in and Danny was going to steer it so he started to push it when Danny fell On his face  he stopped and just let Andy keep rolling down a very steep hill with no one steering it. He laughs runs to catch me. But just as he's about to grab the carriage, he trips and falls flat on his face, And the carriage takes off down the hill. These are the archetyple characters i've found in this book so far.

"A man wearing a grey suit and hat walked down the hallway- walking slowly down the hall towards the dinning room, his foot steps were silent and his overall appearance and shape seemed to appeare greyish and almost translusent." authour,Hancock,pg 98)
What I have learned about the protagonist in the story Haunted Canada 2 " The Grey Man" from Montreal, Quebec is that this man or ghostly image that appears in the house of Sarah Harrt, always appears to be wearing the same thing and his image never changes. He always appears as a grey man walking through Sarahs house, and he always wears the same thing, a suit with a shirt, suit pants dress shoes a tie and a hat. What else I have learned about the protagonist in this story is that he has a few names when when Sarah a ten year old girl first saw him walk by her bedroom door and down the hall and the secound time she saw him he was standing at the front door since he appeared grey and translucent she called him the grey man but she never told anybody else in the house that she saw him. The second name that this ghostly image is called is Satan that the father of Sarah would call him, since he was unseen by him and since "Satan" lifted up a knife and dropped it again breaking a special food-laden plate cracking it in half.
What i think will happen as the plot progress is that Sarah's family will end up moving to a different place so that they will not be disturbed by the man in the grey suit, or maybe Sarah's family will stay where they are and learn to ignore the noises and all the strange things that have been happening in Sarah's family's house.

This Reminds Me Of............

The book Haunted Canada reminds me of the movies Paranormal Activity. It reminds me of these movies because in the book Haunted Canada very strange things happen for no reason like fires start and people hear weird noises and in the movie Paranormal Activity other strange things happen like the dog gets dragged across the room, the daughter gets locked out of house, and the mom gets dragged/tripped down the steps. Also people in both of the books/ movies either end up dead or are dead people not put to rest. This is what my book Haunted Canda reminds me of.

Haunted Canada 2

In the book haunted canada 2 there is a lot of strange things that occure in the households of ordinary people for no reason at all. In some cases people will hear foot steps and loud noises such as chatter and loud bangs. In some cases a fire will break out in any part of the house.Example a man had woken up one morning and found a burn in the ceiling of his house right above the stove and then he smelt smoke coming from the living room and his coach and chair were on fire he asked some neighbors to spend the night to help keep watch over the fires. Many broke out and nobody was hurt because strangely the fire did not burn hot it was burning cold.
After reading a few peoples stories I am interested in reading the rest of it and maybe the whole series. I find it interesting that nobody knows why these things are occurring to these family's for no reason, I do have some questions about this book like why did it choose this family? Why didn't they go away and why does it follow them to where ever the families go? Hopefully as I read on I will get the answers to my questions.

my quote, why i chose it.

Why I chose my quote is because if you dont exercise your mind with a good book it can become unhealthy for your brain to compose stories or to be able to add more words to your vocabulary. If you don't exercise your mind you will not be able to do well in school and you will get a bad mark.
